We also provide guidance on safe pain management and partner with Legacy Pet Cremations for respectful aftercare.

Diagnostics

We offer full in-house blood analysis, radiography (X-rays), ultrasound, endoscopy, ECG, as well as faecal and urine testing. For more complex cases, we also provide access to external histopathology laboratories, enabling us to tailor effective treatment plans with confidence and precision.

Our staff are fully trained in pet nutrition and regularly attend courses to stay current with the latest insights. You're always welcome to visit us for trusted advice and friendly service.

We’re excited to welcome new clients and ensure your visit is smooth and stress-free. Below is everything you need to know about our hours, appointments, referrals, and surgical procedures.

- Sundays & Public Holidays Closed
- All consultations are by appointment only.
- Appointments can be made via telephone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Referral appointments can also be booked via telephone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Referred/Second Opinion Cases typically last 90 minutes - please allow enough time.
- Follow-up visits are shorter, lasting around 30 minutes.
- Surgeries are scheduled weekdays only—book via telephone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Patients are admitted between 08:00 – 09:00 and discharged between 13:00 – 14:00.
- Please withhold food from 22:00 the night before surgery. Water is allowed.
